Gene Expression:
- We offer a full gene expression profiling service for Drosophila using FL003 our long oligo spotted microarrays. This service includes: RNA extraction, labelling (amplification if required), hybridisation and basic statistical analysis of your data (see Gene expression). We also create data files to assist submitting your data to GEO, a public functional genomics data repository.
- We offer to label and hybridise your cDNA samples to Nimblegen arrays (any species). We will provide you with the raw data for you to perform your own data analysis.
- We offer to hybridise your biotin-labelled samples to Affymetrix arrays (any species). We will provide you with the raw data for you to perform your own data analysis. We can also help you with the normalisation and QC of your data uisng Bioconductor R (please enquire).
ChIP/DamID:
Chromatin immunopurification (ChIP) and DNA adenosine methyltransferanse identification (DamID) are challenging techniques and require stringent optimisation for each experiment. Therefore we cannot offer these methods as a complete service. We have developed protocols which you can adapt for your requirements.
- We offer to label and hybridise your ChIP or DamID samples to Nimblegen arrays (any species).
- We offer to hybridise your biotin-labelled ChIP or DamID samples to Affymetrix arrays (any species).
