Differential gene expression and mapping target sites for genomic DNA binding proteins
We can hybridise biotin-labelled samples to Affymetrix microarrays with an Affymetrix hybridisation station and then add flourescent labels with an Affymetrix fluidics station. These microarrays can then be scanned using an Affymetrix scanner. Standard analysis tools can be downloaded from the Affymetrix web site. We are able to supplement these standard analysis tools for gene expression experiments using Bioconductor. Our Affymetrix service is not limited to Drosophila.
