Data release:
The data we send to you
Data is released to the end-user on a DVD that will include:
- Pnnnnn_info.txt file: file that documents the replica groups, sample pairings, dye swaps and the microarray identities
- images_bw: folder containing the raw grey-scale TIF images of the arrays
- color_images: folder containing the false colour PNG images of the arrays
- raw_data: folder containing raw data files (Snnnnnn.state.dat) for all arrays of your project and the summary file
- analysis: folder containing normalised data files, including some basic statistical analysis
- plots: folder containing diagnostic plots of raw and normalised data
- GEO folder containing files which can be used for submitting your data to Gene Expression Omnibus GEO
- Project_report.doc: file that describes the protocols we used to process your samples. Problems will be reported here.
