Spot-finding and quantitation
Spot-finding and quantitation is presently performed by dapple:
- Load the pre-define the array and grid settings file for this array format
- Locate the position of each sub-grid in the array, correct any positional errors
- Locate the postion and size of each spot in the arrayer, correct any errors
- Save this 'array-specific' spot-finding settings file...
- Quantify the signal from each spot...
