Analysis of differential gene expression by microarray
We can offer a full gene expression service that includes:
- Extraction of total RNA from your biological samples, with or without amplification
- Reverse transcription and labelling of these extracts
- Hybridisation of the labelled material to any of the following arrays
- Scanning and spot-finding of the arrays
- Basic normalisation and averaging across replicate hybridsations
We can also perform custom experiments that include only one or a few of the above options.
