Disclaimer
Users submit samples to FlyChip entirely at their own risk, genomics analysis involves complex molecular biology and failures do occur, thus we cannot guarantee that labelling and subsequent hybridisation will yield interpretable data. While we perform a number of QC checks, the cause of some failures may sometimes not be determined. Unless we can unambiguously determine that we have made an error we must charge for all work undertaken.
FlyChip can not be held responsible for experiments that are incorrectly performed or delayed when you did not label your tubes correctly, or tell us what your sample aliquots are, and what each microfuge tube contains. This system has been designed to prevent mistakes and to ensure that the time you spent collecting your samples was not wasted.
