Differential gene expression and mapping target sites for genomic DNA binding proteins
We can hybridise labelled samples to Nimblegen microarrays using a Nimblegen hybridisation station. These microarrays can then be scanned using a Genepix microarray scanner. We use NimbleScan software to extract raw intensity values from the microarray images. Downstream data analysis must be performed by the end-user using, e.g., Bioconductor.
